Returns

We take great care to describe our goods accurately and provide photographs for our customers. If your item does not match our product description, please contact us within five working days of accepting delivery to arrange a store credit or refund. No refunds will be given for change of mind. All returns must be made within ten working days from the date your originally received the order and tracking numbers must be provided.

Returned items must be in unused condition, in the original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) and we will organise a refund or exchange.
Please keep in mind that until the goods are received by us in undamaged condition, the responsibility of the goods remains with you. We recommend sending all returns via Registered & Insured Post, to ensure the goods can be traced and are insured whilst in transit.
Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt by us of your returned goods for refunds to be processed. Please remember that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

To minimise postage costs, we use a variety of postage services, including Australia Post and couriers.

For local customers of Lower Snug, Snug, Electrona, Margate, Oyster Cover and Kettering areas, ask when we're next in your area as we might be able to deliver it to your door for free.

Where possible, we use recycled materials to pack your products. We love designing and creating beautiful pieces, and we take great care to package them so they arrive safely to our customers. However with all fragile items, breakages can occur during transit. (although we've never lost a piece yet.) If your item(s) arrive broken, please take a photograph immediately and contact us for assistance.

Care Instructions

All of our products are stoneware, and are oven and dishwasher safe. However, to keep your items looking their best we recommend gentle hand washing. Please avoid thermal shock.

Privacy Policy

For your security we never store credit card details on our website. Likewise, we do not share any data about our customers to any other sources. This means you are able to purchase with confidence, knowing your data is safe and secure.
